2. Description of Service SummaChat is a proprietary SaaS platform that enables users to collaborate with multiple AI agents in real time. Our software orchestrates multi-agent discussions, allowing teams and individuals to obtain diverse, well-rounded perspectives on complex questions. The platform includes proprietary orchestration technology, a purpose-built user interface, file analysis capabilities, and conversation management tools.

3. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record All payments for the Service are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of the Service to you for payment purposes. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax collection and remittance, and first-tier order support. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.

4. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property & Content

• Your Inputs: You retain ownership of the prompts you input.
• AI Outputs: Subject to applicable third-party terms, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the Output generated by the Service for your specific inputs.
• Platform Rights: The software, interface, orchestration technology, design, and code of SummaChat are owned by SUMMA AI, Inc.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Generate deepfake images, videos, voice impersonations, or any content using another person’s likeness without their explicit consent.
• Reverse engineer the Service or its underlying technology.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.

7. Disclaimers (Important)

• AI Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is prone to errors (“hallucinations”). SUMMA AI, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of the content generated by the Service.
• No Professional Advice: The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUMMA AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. AI Disclaimer SummaChat uses Large Language Model (LLM) technology as part of its proprietary multi-agent orchestration system. Responses generated are automated and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. The views expressed in AI-generated outputs do not represent the views of SUMMA AI, Inc. Users should verify all information generated before relying on it.
